Earth Fest and Arbor Day Event – Seminole County’s 8th annual Earth Fest and Arbor Day is on Saturday, April 29 from noon-8pm at Lake Concord Park, 95 Triplet Lake Dr., Casselberry.



Earth Fest and Arbor Day

Earth Fest and Arbor Day Event is Seminole County’s largest environmentally-friendly festival. This free event includes areas that will educate, encourage and empower citizens to create a sustainable community include the Green Vendor Area, Green Transportation and Energy Area, Petting Zoo, Entertainment Area and a Kids Zone.

Free tree and plant giveaways, butterfly releases, speeches and music highlight the event, hosted by the City of Casselberry, Bainbridge Casselberry, Casselberry Friends of the Park and Keep Seminole Beautiful. There also will be educational presentations throughout the day.

Also, check out the Recycled Art Exhibit. Then, stick around for happy hour in the Organic Beer & Wine Garden and then enjoy the Voices of Wekiva concert with the Forlorn Strangers headlining 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The mission of Seminole County’s Earth Fest 2017 is to bring awareness about protecting our environment, creating clean energy and reducing our carbon footprint.  As part of this important mission, numerous fun activities will expand your mind through eco-friendly sights and sounds.

Admission to Seminole County’s Earth Fest 2017 is free, and the event is open to the public. Bring your family and friends and pick up a few pieces of litter as you walk, bike or drive your hybrid to the largest  environmentally safe, eco-friendly event in Seminole County.

The day will be full of music as well. Roots-loving, Nashville-based, foot-stomping string quintet Forlorn Strangers headline the event.  Also on the bill will be Orlando Weekly darlings Jubal’s Kin, folk legend Terry Binion, blues star Dane Colbert and Country duo of Baily CVallahan and Tristan Smith.
