Ready to Become an Exhibitor?
Below, you will complete the application process to become an exhibitor at the Florida Kids and Family Expo on August 19-20, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center. As an exhibitor, you will receive a 10×10 booth, table, linen, two chairs, a wastebasket, pipe and drape and a sign with your company name to be placed at the top of the pipe and drape*. While we supply the booth basics, we encourage you to customize your area to best brand your space.
*Marketplace tables do not come with any tables, linens, chairs, pipe and drape, etc.

There are additional opportunities for exposure by sponsoring certain areas of the expo. Be sure to look for additional opportunities to stand out!
There will be additional charges for electric and/or WiFi at your booth. You will order these through the Orange County Convention Center after your agreement and payment have been received. We will send out order forms approximately 60 days out from the event date.
Once you’ve submitted your application, we will confirm receipt within 48 hours. If you’ve not heard from us in 72 hours, please contact us at Jo@MyCentralFloridaFamily.com to ensure we’ve received your application. All spaces are not considered reserved until a 50% deposit has been received and processed. All balances are due 60 days prior to the event.
