Orlando Character Event – Tutu Tales Party Productions proudly presents the Third Annual Royal Tea Party: The Garden of Talent May 21, 2017 at the UCF Pegasus Ballroom located at 4000 Central Florida Blvd. in Orlando.

Join us for our annual Spring celebration! This year’s Tea Party features 20 of your child’s favorite characters and a magical talent show! Enjoy as each character performs their talent live for you! Our whimsical event hostess, Tinkerbell, will lead the event and make sure to spread her pixie dust everywhere she goes!

Tickets are $45 per guest. You may select which character your child will be seated with (while seats last). Adults will be seated at banquet tables near their children, so it is recommended that your child is able to be seated independently with the character and their new friends!

Our VIP Reception will be hosted prior to the event starting. The VIP add-on ticket is $65 per child (adults do not require an additional VIP ticket to attend with their children). This year’s VIP session will feature a meet and greet with all 20 characters, a professional portrait to take home, a princess make-over, a pair of wings and wand keepsake, a floral headband craft, refreshments, and royal swag bag full of goodies! Orlando Character Event

Our After-Party Ball will be hosted at the conclusion of the main event. The After-Party add-on ticket is $35 per child (adults do not require an additional After-Party ticket to attend with their children). The After-Party will be a fun dance party where children will be able to mingle, dance and play with all 20 characters in a free-play setting. Snacks will be provided.

The VIP Reception is scheduled from 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm (Registration opens at 2:00 pm)
The main event is scheduled from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm (Registration opens at 2:30 pm)
The After-Party Ball is scheduled from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
A light lunch will be served at approximately 4:00 pm (Sandwiches, treats, water, juice)

If you or your child have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us via writing no later than 2 weeks before the event. If we do not receive proper notice in a timely fashion, we will not be able to accommodate your diet.

The VIP Reception and After-Party Ball are optional. You must purchase tickets to the main event in order to attend the VIP Reception and/or After-Party Ball. All guests, adults and children, must purchase a ticket to the main event.

Tickets become non-refundable on April 22nd.

Guests are encouraged to wear their royal attire (Queens and Kings, too!). The assigned parking lot is a few-minutes walk from the Pegasus Ballroom, located inside the Student Union Building. Please be prepared to walk with your family for approximately 3 minutes (comfortable shoes, strollers, etc.). Parking passes will be emailed and must be printed and placed on your dashboard. Tickets should all be printed for an expedited registration.
