TechMe July Classes in Avalon Park – TechMe has several programs coming up this month for kids at their center at 13000 Avalon Lake Drive, Suite 305, Orlando.
The Drone & STEM Program is July 17-20 from 9am-3pm for kids ages 10-17.
Learn about the integration of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math and the many uses of drones around the globe. Fly with our professional drone simulator. Pass our drone safety assessment and fly our professional drone under the supervision of a professional. **FREE mini drone with enrollment! Cost for the four days is $225.
The App Building Program is held July 31st to August 4th for either half days 9am-noon or full days, 9am to 3:30pm. This program is for kids ages 7 and up. They will learn how to build a usable application with clickable buttons and videos for Android with a corresponding website. This program cost is also $250.
Lastly, an Ethical Hacking Program is offered from July 24th-28th from 9am to noon for ages 10-17. What is Ethical Hacking? Ethical hacking, at times referred to as Professional Penetration Testing, is a lucrative career path whose increasing demands have far exceeded the abilities of tech professionals throughout the IT industry. The Ethical Hacking students are exposed to security fundamentals, various tools, trending techniques, vulnerability exploits, and attack vectors, that help businesses improve their security posture and overall infrastructure.
