Central Florida Zoo:

To honor members of our armed forces for Veterans Day, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens will offer complimentary single-day Zoo admission to military veterans and active duty service members Saturday, November 9, 2019 through Monday, November 11, 2019. The Zoo’s year-round 20% discount for military will remain applicable to members of their party.

In addition, all active and retired service members will receive complimentary admission to the Upland or Rainforest course at Seminole Aerial Adventures. Members of their party will receive 20% off admission to the course of their choice.

This offer is redeemable in-person only at our admissions window. Proof of military service is required to claim this offer. Accepted methods of identification include a United States Uniformed Services Privilege and Identification Card (active/reserve/retired) or veteran ID. This promotion cannot be combined with any offers or discounts. 

Brevard Zoo:

Brevard Zoo is offering current military members and veterans complimentary general admission this coming Veterans Day weekend. The offer is valid on Saturday, Nov. 9 through Monday, Nov. 11.

In the event that a service member is deployed overseas, the Zoo will admit their spouse at no charge.

Proof of military service is required to claim this offer. Accepted methods of identification include a United States Uniformed Services Privilege and Identification Card (active/reserve/retired), current Leave and Earnings Statement, DD 214, veteran ID, uniform or photograph in uniform. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers.

Bok Tower:

Free admission offered to all branches of the military: active, retired, and disabled veterans with valid ID. Included with general admission or membership on 11 Nov.

Crayola Experience:

Everyday military & their families can save $3 off general admission tickets. During the weekends of Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day they offer military free admission with valid ID. Crayola Experience is located at the Florida Mall.


All veterans of the U.S. armed forces can receive free admission on November 1-25, 2019. Veterans can also purchase theme park tickets for up to six (6) guests at a 50% discount on the same dates.

Leu Gardens:

Harry P. Leu Gardens salutes the men and women who have served and those who continue to serve our country.  Veterans Day is Monday, November 11, 2019, and we would like to say “Thank You” with free admission for all Veterans and current military.

Orlando Science Center:

In honor of Veterans Day, Orlando Science Center will host a wreath laying ceremony at the Red Tails Monument made possible by Lockheed Martin an in partnership with Vision of Flight. The ceremony is free to attend, and will include a bugler honoring fallen heroes with “Taps.” Be sure to join us inside the Science Center after the ceremony and check out our soaring Aviation month activities.

From November 1 – 17, veterans with military ID will receive free admission and their attending family members will receive 50% off admission, also made possible by Lockheed Martin.


In honor of Veteran’s Day, Wendy’s is thanking all military veterans and first responders across Orlando with a free Dave’s Single Small Combo on Monday, Nov. 11. Military veterans and first responders must be in uniform or present a valid military ID to redeem a free Dave’s Single Small Combo.

Planet Fitness:

Daytona Lagoon:

In thanks to the men and women that serve and have served our country, Daytona Lagoon is offering a free All-Day Play Pass to all active and retired military on Monday, November 11 in honor of Veterans Day.  Each pass includes unlimited access to indoor and outdoor attractions.  Guests with an All-Day Play Pass can go go-karting on the road course track, compete in the laser tag arena, challenge themselves on the Sky Maze ropes course, and enjoy the rock climbing wall, 18 holes of mini golf, and the Island Hopper ride

“This is a way for us to show how appreciative we are of the men and women in military uniform. Daytona Lagoon recently added the All-Day Play Pass for guests who want to enjoy all the attractions the park has to offer at an affordable price. Guests can purchase an All-Day Play Pass for $19.99. This all-inclusive pass is available for a limited time. Guests may purchase an All-Day Play Pass online or at the ticket counter.


If you are a United States veteran, in addition to celebrating Veterans Day with your friends and family this year, you can take advantage of a number of special discounts and services.

Each year on November 11, retailers and restaurants across the country offer promotions to veterans as a way of honoring their service. If you served or are actively serving in the military, you may be able to enjoy a free breakfast at IHOP this year.

Like many restaurants, IHOP’s Veterans Day promotion is only available at select locations, so you’ll want to double-check with your location to be sure they are participating.


Veteran’s Day is November 11th, but many cities and venues celebrate on the weekend before or after.
