If you’re looking to get outside and enjoy some time together as a family, check out the events coming to Cranes Roost Park in September 2021.

Where and When:

Altamonte Fit Club

Wednesdays in October | 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Join the Altamonte Fit Club for free outdoor exercise classes that offer rewarding weekly workouts for ages 18 and up. Each class provides a total body workout consisting of body weight boot camp followed by yoga stretches to relax and refresh. Registration is required.

Next Step Orlando Walk ‘n Roll-a-thon
October 9 | 9 to 11:30 a.m.
The 12th annual Walk ‘n Roll-a-thon Red Carpet Event showcases the hard work and amazing progress of paralyzed individuals in our community. Come cheer them on along with emcee Lisa Bell from News 6! The event includes vendor booths, raffle prizes and more. Registration starts at 9:15 a.m.

Cranes Roost Sunset Cinema

October 9 | 8 to 10 p.m.

Enjoy a relaxing and cozy movie night under the stars! Bring chairs and blankets for the whole family to watch How to Train Your Dragon 2 in Cranes Roost Park. This event is free to the public. Concessions are available.

Uptown Vibes

October 15 | 7 to 9 p.m.

Bring on the good times and good vibes! This concert series features more than just live music, bringing you interactive games and amazing food and drinks for all to kick back and relax. Admission is free. Food and drinks available for purchase.

Team Hope Walk
October 16 | 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Team Hope Walk raises money to support the mission and services of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. From community services and education to advocacy and research, HDSA is the world’s leader in providing help for today, hope for tomorrow for people with Huntington’s disease and their families.

Date Night in the Plaza
October 16 | 8 to 10 p.m.
We’ve planned the perfect date night so you don’t have to! Treat yourselves to an evening of live music, fun games and more. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Patrons must be at least 21 years of age. Admission is free. Table seating is limited.

Urban Basket
October 24 | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Enjoy a perfect Sunday stroll through Cranes Roost Park and shop for one-of-a-kind gifts, artisanal goods, home decor and more. This unique community market also offers delicious food options and relaxing sounds of live entertainment while you roam. Admission is free. Food, beverages and novelty items are available for purchase.

Halloween in Cranes Roost Park
October 31 | 5 to 9 p.m.
Join us for a boo-tiful night at Halloween in Cranes Roost Park! The event offers a free, community door-to-door trick-or-treat alternative for kids hosted by the Altamonte Springs Police Department. Features include trick-or-treating around the lake, costume contests, festive games, activities and much more. Food and beverages available for purchase.
