UKnight Training Center Open Gym

Open Gym at UKnight Training Center is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fun and family-friendly environment! Enjoy a drink and a bite to eat at The Hub while your athlete learns the skills needed to become successful. Tumbling Open Gym nights have coaches available to aid your child in their athletic journey. Let our group class coaches spot you on tumbling skills including but not limited to, Back Handspring, Front/Back Walkover, Jumps, Round-Offs, Front/Back Tucks, and Aerials.
Open Gyms are held on Fridays from 6-8pm.
