“Teachers are an important part of our community and society,” explains Tyler Currie, General Manager for Daytona Lagoon.  “Good teachers care about their students and want to help them achieve their fullest potential, and this is one way we can show our appreciation.”

This free waterpark daily admission ticket is a $29.99 value and includes two brand new thrill slides, Kraken’s Revenge and Shaka Halfpipe, as well as Treasure Lagoon Wavepool, Poseidon’s Pass, Adventure Mountain, Blackbeard’s Revenge, Pelican’s Drift Lazy River, and Castaway children’s play structure.

Kraken’s Revenge replaces and upgrades Kraken’s Quest, a slide damaged by Hurricane Irma. The new slide rises over 50 feet tall and has four multi-colored lanes. Riders start by rushing through a high-speed time warp tunnel unlike any other slide in Central Florida.

Shaka Halfpipe is a pendulum-style thrill ride. Riders drop from a 50-foot half pipe tower before racing uphill in an oscillating sequence that leaves riders ready to slide again. This ride is a single or two-person attraction.
