Terms of Service

Below, you will find our Terms of Service for online listings and advertisements with MyCentralFloridaFamily.com and Epic Expos, Inc.

MyCentralFloridaFamily.com reserve the right to deny or cancel any online listing, advertisement, blog post, email blast or social media mention at any time and for any reason.

All monthly paid online advertising will commit to a minimum 3 month agreement. All payments will be automatically withdrawn directly from your banking or credit card submission when you sign up. If a payment is not received on-time or your payment is declined, we reserve the right to pull your advertising and/or listing immediately after three email attempts to contact you. All cancellation notices must be received in writing 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. If a cancellation is requested within the 30 day period, your cancellation will be postponed until after the next billing period.

MyCentralFloridaFamily.com is available to create ONE ad layout for you per 6 month period. If you are in need of any additional design work, there will be a $30 charge per design. You have up to 3 opportunities to make any necessary changes before your ad goes live online.

It is the responsibility of your company to ensure the accuracy of any online listing, ad, blog post, social media mention or email blast. MyCentralFloridaFamily.com cannot be held responsible for any information that is not current or up-to-date. MyCentralFloridaFamily.com does not guarantee performance of advertising, but will offer current traffic and subscriber numbers at your request.

By submitting your listing, you acknowledge that you have read, and accept, the Terms of Service and the terms and conditions above.
