J. Douglas Williams YMCA Family Center
The family center is located on Longwood Lake Mary Road, between Soldier Creek and Lake Jenna. The J. Douglas Williams YMCA provides a variety of programs and services for members such as group exercise classes (like Zumba, yoga, and Aqua Fitness), wellness coaching, Youth Sports, swim lessons, and more. Additional amenities include Child Development Center, a cardio zone and stretch areas, heated outdoor pool, and spacious locker rooms with cubbies.
