If you love to eat and play, check out one of the “Taste of” events throughout Central Florida. Many of them take place in February, March and April each year. This year, we journeyed to Taste of Oviedo at the Oviedo Mall, which took place in March.
With many of the Oviedo restaurants showing up with food trucks, vendors, kids’ zones, and more. What do we like most about “Taste of” events? You can try some of the most popular dishes from your city’s local eateries. And, many of the “samples” are more cost effective than trying them at the restaurant itself.
We saved our visit for lunchtime so each of our family members could eat what and where they wanted. Then, we joined each other at the table area to sit down and enjoy lunch together. Then, capping off with some sweet treats before checking on the exhibitors and playing in the kids’ area made for a nice afternoon out.
