A Memorable Day for Mom at A&H

Looking to make Mother’s Day memorable this year? Bring mom to A&H for free this year! This is a particularly special opportunity for those families whose mothers celebrated weddings or other important dates on our National Historic Landmark campus.
- Enjoy our serene gardens–maybe pack a picnic, or just enjoy letting the littles run free across the large lawn while you admire our unique architecture and sculptures.
- Share memories and connect across the generation gaps in your family within our amazing interactive history museums, where you can explore the early days of Central Florida, play games and browse books from the 60s-70s, and even try out working rotary phones and other “ancient” telephone technology!
- You can round out your visit with a stop at our contemporary art gallery, where the amazing paintings and embroidery portraits of Shannon Elyse Curry and Nneka Jones are exhibited in The View From Within.
