Buddha’s Birthday Celebration

Come to the largest Buddhist Temple in Central Florida to experience a worldwide traditional celebration filled with beautiful pageantry and song, an Arts and Vegetarian Food Fair, and a program of unique performances.

The traditional Celebration Ceremony is stunning with authentic Asian attire and monastic chanting. For those unfamiliar with this annual celebration, it is must-see. Following the Ceremony, guests are welcome to explore the temple, experience the story of the life of the Buddha, enjoy enticing foods, be entertained with unique performances, and interact with the Bathing Buddha Display.

Guang Ming Temple is celebrating its 30th year bringing Humanistic Buddhism to a diverse community of practitioners stretching from Tampa, through Orlando, to the Space Coast. With activities in Chinese, English, and Spanish, we welcome everyone whether of Eastern or Western background searching for peace and happiness.
