Ready to introduce your child to the ancient practice of yoga? Join Michelle and Tori for this very special kids AND parents yoga workshop! This is a great opportunity for your child to learn the beauty of breath work, mindfulness and play. And parents, we’ve got you covered too. During the same time, you’ll have the chance to receive the benefits of rest and relaxation of a SEPARATE restorative practice.
This afternoon of family fun will open and close with a parent and child activity. Parents will then retreat to our smaller studio for their own practice with Michelle while Tori will lead the children’s class.
