This is the Orlando Events Calendar for kids and families in Central Florida. Orlando is the kid capital of the world and we never lack in things to do with kids in the greater Orlando area. It’s not all theme parks either! Check out what we’ve found to do today (and everyday) below. You can switch views, filter the results, change the dates, and anything you need to in order to find fun family events in Central Florida.

GalacticBlockParty

From August 4 through 6, guests are invited to join Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in celebrating the end of summer with a galactic block party during the last weekend of the summer-long Callie & RT’s Mission to the Moon Fact-Finding Scavenger Hunt.

Guests can dance to music spun by a live DJ, enjoy fun activities* – such as an all-new mini golf course (9 holes only), giant four-in-a-row game and cornhole.

Plus, guests still have time to complete Callie & RT’s Mission to the Moon Fact-Finding Scavenger Hunt (while supplies last). The Scavenger Hunt and Galactic Block Party are included with admission.

On August 6, 2023, the Pink Team 233 robotics team will be showcasing one of their competition robots and giving guests an opportunity to get hands-on and interact with their mini robots. The team will be located on the bottom floor of Space Shuttle Atlantis®.
