Mid-Florida Milers Walking Club Orlando South Walk
Join a walk on January 20th, 2024 in Orlando Downtown South. The 5K (3.1 miles) passes the historic train station and Orlando Health complex before ending through residential areas. The 10K (6.2 miles) takes you pass many lakes surrounded by Orlando’s older homes which have retained their original charm. Our walks are open to the public, for all fitness levels and all ages. Walks accommodate strollers and wheechairs though some streets have no sidewalks. Pets are permitted.
Start/Finish: Beardall Senior Center Parking Lot, 800 S. Delaney Ave, Orlando, FL 32801
Participants should register and start to walk any time between 8:30-9:15 am
Choose from: 10K (6.2 miles) or 5K (3.1miles), walking at your own pace. Printed directions with map are provided. PLEASE CARRY WATER.
- Fee: $4 for all walkers. Free for walkers 12 or younger who do not want walk credit.
