New and expectant moms, join us the second and fourth Tuesday evenings of the month (except 12/26) for free Outdoor Prenatal Yoga on the Green. Prenatal yoga can provide multiple benefits to your physical and emotional health during pregnancy. Certified yoga instructor Carrie Howard will lead participants through a practice focusing on breath, mindfulness and movement. Free. SIGNUP
