Join us for a unique experience to practice Tai Chi in the garden with certified Tai Chi Health Master Trainer, Tony Garcia .

What is Tai Chi? Tai Chi Chuan or tai chi, pronounced “tie chee,” is a gentle exercise program that is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tai Chi is derived from the martial arts and is composed of slow deliberate movements, meditation, and deep breathing which enhance physical health and emotional well-being.

When: Saturdays – Time: 10:30am-11:30am

Location: The Grove Stage: Please meet on the Grove Stage 10 minutes prior to start time. (Follow the shell stone path to the left of the public restrooms north to the Grove Stage.)

Cost: $10 – What to bring: Water
