Animal Kingdom Family Video Review

Animal Kingdom Family Video Review – Animal Kingdom, one of Walt Disney World’s theme parks, is home to animals, rides, shows, and amazing food that you won’t find in other Disney theme parks. Because we visited in November, we were able to experience the joys of the holidays too!

Animal Kingdom Family Video Review

What:

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is one of four parks, not including water parks, in the Walt Disney World Resort. If you’re looking for animals with trips to Asia, Africa, Pandora and the age of dinosaurs, this is the park for you!

Five Tips for Visiting Animal Kingdom:

  1. Get there early to get on Pandora! The ride was 175 minutes when we visited, so getting there early will cut down on your wait time. Better yet, attend an After Hours event and enjoy no wait time at all (at least when we went after hours)!
  2. Enjoy the food! There are so many unique food offerings at Animal Kingdom, which you won’t find in other parks, so be sure to make a meal plan before you go.
  3. Always get your fast passes, but consider getting one to the Festival of the Lion King. The wait time can be longer than expected for a show.
  4. Plan for a full day. It will take a full day to get through Animal Kingdom because there is so much to see and do.
  5. Bring extra clothes. There is a water ride and animal interactions, so just in case, you might want something to change into!
