Family Video Review:
Beetlejuice is playing June 27-July 2, 2023. I wasn’t sure what to expect with Beetlejuice as a Broadway play, but it exceeded my expectations! It was hilarious…laugh out loud! The sets and costumes were amazing and constantly changing. I caution families from bringing young children as there is language and sexual content, but for the big kids in the family, my adult son loved it! There are flashes of light, so if you’re sensitive to that, be aware it happens occasionally throughout the show.
It is not an exact retelling of the movie. Some of the scenes and themes are the same, but it takes a different angle to the movie and changes some of the scenes altogether. It keeps the story fresh!
I would definitely see this show again! We hope you’re able to enjoy it with your Central Florida family.
