Cranes Roost Park Events

Where and When:

*Altamonte Fit Club | October 5, 12, 19 & 26 | 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Find fitness and fun all in one at Altamonte Fit Club. This free outdoor exercise class offers rewarding weekly workouts for ages 18 and up. Each class provides a total body workout consisting of body weight boot camp followed by yoga stretches to relax and refresh. Online registration is required.

*Cranes Roost Sunset Cinema | October 8 | 8 p.m.

Enjoy a relaxing and cozy movie night under the stars! Bring chairs and blankets for the whole family to watch the 2019 animated version of The Addams Family in Cranes Roost Park. This event is free to the public. Concessions are available.

Taste of Altamonte | October 10 | 5:30 – 8 p.m.
A tradition since 1992, this event hosted by the Altamonte Rotary club raises funds to support local community charities. Stroll around the Plaza sampling “tastes” from local restaurants including coffees, BBQ, seafood, pasta and other international cuisine. Wine and beer are also available for sampling. Tickets are limited and must be purchased prior to the event.

*Uptown Vibes | October 14 | 7 to 9 p.m.

Bring on the good times and the good vibes! This concert series features more than just live music, bringing you interactive games and amazing food and drinks for all to kick back and relax. This October, enjoy a performance from NOLA Brass Band. Admission is free. Food and drinks available for purchase.

*Date Night in the Plaza | October 15 | 8 -10 p.m.

We’ve planned the perfect date night so you don’t have to! Treat yourselves to an evening featuring live music from singer, songwriter Kristie DeLuca, fun games and more. Food and drinks are available for purchase. Patrons must be at least 21 years of age. Admission is free. Table seating is limited.

Franklin’s Friends Howl-O-Ween Dog Walkathon | October 22 | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Franklin’s Friends is excited to present the ninth annual Howl-O-Ween dog walkathon and canine costume contest at Cranes Roost Park. Please join them for the leisurely dog walk, doggie costume contest, raffles, vendors, adoptable pets and more!

*Urban Basket | October 23 | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Stroll through picturesque Cranes Roost Park and shop for unique gifts, artisanal goods, home decor and more. This community market event is the perfect way to spend your Sunday, with relaxing sounds of live music to enjoy while you roam. Admission is free. Food and beverages available for purchase.

Next Step Orlando | October 29 | 9 to 11:30 a.m.

Join Next Step Orlando for the 13th annual Walk-n-Roll-A-Thon to raise awareness and funds for paralysis recovery. Cheer on clients as they show off their hard work and walk the
red-carpet showcase runway.

*Halloween at Cranes Roost Park | October 31 | 5 to 9 p.m.
Join us for a spooktacular night at Halloween in Cranes Roost Park! The event offers a free, community door-to-door trick-or-treat alternative for kids hosted by the Altamonte Springs Police Department. Features include trick-or-treating around the lake, costume contests, festive games, activities and much more. Food and beverages available for purchase.
