Kids Eat Free with Treats for Halloween 2023 – Looking for dinner, a doughnut, ice cream, or special treats for the kids for Halloween? In 2023, here are the deals we’ve found so far. Jeremiah’s:
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has locations all over Central Florida and they are offering a spooky deal this halloween: a free small Ice or Gelati for anyone in costume from 5pm – close! All 28 area locations are offering this special. Premium Layer-Ins and Flavorites are also available for just $0.99, no purchase necessary. To keep the savings going, Jeremiah’s is also hosting a costume contest – all customers have to do is snap a picture of their costume in the store and submit it at JeremiahsIce.com/Costumes to be entered to win Jeremiah’s gift cards!
In addition to these deals, Jeremiah’s is unveiling three brand-new festive Flavorites for the season:
- Franken Frog: Scoop Froggy Frog™ (mint chocolate chip) ice and chocolate ice cream complete with an Oreo cookie crumble Layer-In

IHOP Scary Face Pancake Deal:
Kids create their own Scary Face Pancake for FREE with purchase of adult entree. This is good for 12 and under with dine in only. The special runs from October 24 through October 31, 2023 from 4 PM to 10 PM.
Krispy Kreme Free Doughnut:
Kids of all ages (adults, too!) who wear a Halloween costume on Oct. 31, 2023 enjoy a FREE doughnut of choice in-shop — no purchase necessary.
All of the spooky sweet offers are available at participating locations, while supplies last.
Krispy Kreme is introducing an all-new Scooby-Doo Halloween Collection of doughnuts — perfect for Halloween parties at home, school or in the office. Available starting Oct. 9, 2023, the sweet collection includes the following:
Scooby Dooby-Doo Doughnut – An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in Scooby-Doo blue icing, decorated with Scooby-Doo lime green icing swirls, orange cake batter buttercream and topped with a Scooby-Doo chocolate piece.

Applebee’s:
All kids aged 12 and under dressed up in costume can receive a free meal with the purchase of an adult entrée on October 31, 2023 – dine-in only. Please note a limit of 2 kids’ free meals per order. Not all restaurants are participating, please contact your local one before visiting.
Friendly’s:
When you visit your local Friendly’s this Halloween, kids can eat free all day when you buy a full-price adult meal.
Chevys Fresh Mex:
Come to Chevy’s on Halloween! All kids dressed in a costume eat free, with purchase of an adult entree when you dine in!
Pizzeria Uno:
It’s time to decorate pumpkins at UNO! Silly, Spooky, or Sassy – let the creativity run wild. Kids eat free with the purchase of each adult entree. Participation may vary, contact your local UNO!
TGI Fridays:
TGI Fridays is celebrating Halloween with a free side of salsa and chip (regularly $4.99) to all Rewards members. If you aren’t a fan of salsa and chips, you can use a $3 coupon that’s good for any appetizer.
