Orange County Library October Events 2019 – Experience a terrifyingly good time at the Melrose Center during Technoween on October 13. All are welcome to join in on activities in the various studios, participate in a horror movie trivia contest, a children’s costume contest and much more. We also welcome back the Victorian Horror Troupe, Phantasmagoria, for a live performance on the main library stage. All ghouls, goblins, super hero and more are welcome to Trick or Treat Safe Zone on October 26. Enjoy trick or treating through Orlando Public Library and Orange County Regional History Center along with crafts, games and a scavenger hunt.
