Orange County Library February 2020 Events – This February, the Orange County Library System welcomes two Sunshine State award-winning authors for a special meet and greet. Author and illustrator of Catstronauts, Drew Brockington, visits the Alafaya branch and the Winter Garden branch on February 22. Victoria Jamieson, author and illustrator of the Newbery honor book Roller Girl and All’s Faire in Middle School, will be at the Southwest branch and the Alafaya branch on February 22 as well. Both authors will share their experiences and stories from their books, followed by a book signing. See below for more details.

The library honors Black History month with fun and educational programming the entire family can enjoy. Experience the beauty of African life and culture through a unique folkloric performance during OrisiRisi African Folklore. They will be visiting multiple library branches throughout the month.
